Chef and I have shared part of the story of King Cropp Kitchen with you over the years so you know our beginning, you know who we are, and you know what we care about. However, we have left out one important piece of that story. Please meet William Parker Edwards II. He is my brother. We want to recognize him for his part in King Cropp. Parker has been an ultimate fan of Chef and me forever. He developed Alpha Gal years ago and has been a part of our son's own journey with Alpha Gal and our mission to help feed the community. When Mom and Dad had the vision to help us build a bigger and better King Cropp, Parker came alongside and invested in our project. He never wanted to be recognized for his role but now, with his passing this morning, with his permission, I want to shout it out to the world!! One day there will be a plaque in his favorite spot—which we lovingly call B6—to honor him for his contribution to us but even more so for his contribution to all of you. To say Thank You will never be enough, P. We will miss you forever and love you always.
